Additionally, you can bundle these core products with any of our Support and Software Solutions.
With this support option, we install our Core Support Applications onto the devices you specify. When an issue arises, we notify you of the severity, and give you total control over what issues are a priority to your Organization. You Pay for only the support you want!
Our "Stuff Happens" Plan
As an established Overseer of your Organization, or a Frontline Employee, the frustration with technology is felt up and down the chain. CTC Complete is an ideal support plan for Small to Medium Businesses who would like to purchase a prepaid quantity of IT Support Hours at a discounted rate for anticipated IT service calls throughout a billing cycle. This is our most flexible plan, and can be established with only 1 hour of Prepaid IT Service.

CTC Unlimited is an ideal support plan for Organizations who would like to experience a predictable, and flat rate of IT Service no matter the hours spent with Support within a given Billing Cycle.
